One of the very few albums I come back to and listen to. If you haven't listened to this album yet, I would suggest listening to it as soon as possible.

Quite different from the typical Foxing sound, but that's not a bad thing. They switched it up and they've done it, oh so well, this is definitely one of my albums of the year!

Although Indigo leaked a full month before its release date, Wild Nothing delivers with some catchy synthpop. Check it out!

Truly one of the best albums of 2017. I urge everyone to revisit it if they didn't like it at first.

Another banger from these lads again, top AOTY contender for me. This band change their sound with every album and continue to improve. Fucking love them, do not sit on this, you will not be disappointed.

This is fucking filthy. Just now getting around to it. Super underrated band for their genre. The song "16 Roses" is a heartfelt song about the loss of vocalist Harrison's sister, a truly moving masterpiece. Give this EP a listen. Doubt you'll be disappointed.

Excellent album by Palace Winter and an amazing follow-up to "Waiting for the World to Turn." Highly recommended for fans of Django Django and other psychedelic indie rockers. Favorite track: Empire.

Wow, this EP is absolutely amazing. I want a full album from these dudes ASAP. They gathered some very talented musicians fore this masterpiece. This is some of the best(if not the best) Melodic Metal I have ever heard. It's honestly beautiful.

Really solid EP from Danny Leals (Upon A Burning Body Singer) brother whom is also the singer of this band. I dig the raw vocals and the heavy riffs. Good cleans, good screams, what more could you ask for? Give it a listen.

By far my favorite release this year. If you're into Japanese Post-Hardcore you'll definitely like this. Favorite track is Anemia but all of the tracks are fantastic.

Highly recommended for lovers of Indie Rock and 80's-style Synthpop. April Towers sound similar to BAG RAIDERS, that band that did that Shooting Stars song that became a meme. This album is no meme, though.

These guys are fantastic. If you like very technical Metalcore, this EP is for you. It's a damn shame this will be their last record. I think this is the best music they have put out. At least they are going out with an epic bang.

Underrated band, underrated record.

One of the first bands to introduce me to the Pop Punk genre. Henry's vocals are some of the best I've heard in a long time. Favorite track of the album is "This Song Is Dedicated To Nobody".

This is the first time I've actually liked anything of his and it was a pleasant surprise for me. Hence why it's my Staff Pick this round! Don't sleep on it.

Absolutely love this album, the atmosphere and bone-crushing heaviness are awesome.

What a massive surprise, solid album, and potentially a top contender for AOTY.

A bold and solid album released by the aussie boys

One of the coolest Sludge/Post-Metal albums I've heard in a while. Check it out if that sounds appealing to you and disregard the 80s hard rock looking album art, it's not representative of the sound.
